Registration Calendar

Current Degree-Seeking Students

All current students should meet with their advisor beginning October 19 to receive an access code necessary for registration.

Technical Program Students

Students in possession of a registration access code may register beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10. This includes technical students on both the Hutchinson and Willmar campuses.

Transfer (AA/AS) Program Students

Students must meet with an advisor and obtain a registration access code unless they have completed 29 or more credits. Completed credits include courses which have been graded and transfer courses.  Current courses that have not yet been graded do not count toward this requirement.

Priority registration is in place for students working toward and A.A. or A.S. degree.

*Students with fewer than 1 credit should register according to the last two digits of their Social Security number. 

New Degree-Seeking Students

All new students will receive a letter inviting them to an Orientation-Advising-Registration (OAR) day.  New students must attend OAR before they will be able to register for classes.  Watch for your invitation!

PSEO students must attend a special orientation session before registering for classes.  These are scheduled as follows:

  • December 13, 2016, 9:30 a.m. - PSEO students on the Willmar campus
  • December 14, 2016, 9:30 a.m. - PSEO students on the Hutchinson campus

Non-Degree Students

  • Spring Semester 2017:  Monday, December 12, 2016
