Ridgewater College is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (Minnesota State) system, a consortium of 24 colleges and 7 universities, all a part of the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum. This makes transferring to a four-year program much, much easier and that Ridgewater courses will transfer the same as any other Minnesota State school.

Another Difference

Among a national pool of over 1,000 two-year colleges nationwide, Ridgewater was named in the top 150 by the Aspen Institute, an independent educational and policy study organization.

Ridgewater College eligibility for this prize was "due to exceptional performance on completion, learning, equity, and labor market outcomes in the 2015 Prize cycle."

Our students learn from our programs, complete our programs and get jobs with our programs behind them.
